Yes, all tune-ups are warrantied and come with free adjustments for the full duration of the season.
Is 3rd Coast Cycles available in the winter?
Yes, by appointment only, usually curbside visits.
Does 3rd Coast Cycles deliver groups of rental bikes to specific locations?
Yes, we can drop off and pick up one or multiple bikes at any location in Chicago.
Does 3CC have a physical location?
Yes, our shop is located directly on the Lakefront Bike Path, at 152 N Lake Shore Drive. There is a loading zone that you can park in while dropping off or picking up your bike, and there is an hourly parking lot nearby as well.
Is it possible to have my bike tuned on-site?
Yes, we offer curbside services outside of your home or office.
Does 3rd Coast Cycles do discounts for building events, block parties, offices, sporting events?
Yes, contact us for more info or to schedule a tune-up party today. You can get deep discounts for your neighbors or co-workers by organizing a group event.
Does 3CC work on electric Bikes?
Usually, yes. Electric bikes with pedals have very similar components to non-electric bikes, and we can replace parts such as the motor, but we do not service the motors themselves.
Does 3CC do fit consultation?
Yes, we can help you adjust your bike so that it fits you as well as possible. Our experts have as many as 20 years of experience fitting people on every kind of bike, from mountain to road.
